"Shipping felt reasonable"
I had a good experience with the shipping cost on iconswim.com. I’ve ordered from other swimwear sites before where the total suddenly jumps at checkout, so I was relieved that didn’t happen here. The shipping felt fair, and I didn’t notice any random extra fees tacked on at the end. My final total was pretty much what I expected, which made the whole checkout feel easy. I’d definitely consider shopping there again because of that.

"Exchange was prettyyy easy"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first, so I had to do an exchange. It did take a few days to hear back, which was a liiittle annoying, but once they replied, the whole process was simple enough. I got the new size and it fits way better. I’d give 5 stars if the response had been faster, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

"Refund has been a hassle"
I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and it’s getting really frustrating. I reached out by email, but the replies were super vague and didn’t really help. It feels like they made it my problem to chase down my own money, which shouldn’t be the case. I’m annoyed at this point and definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I had a question about my order and someone got back to me way faster than I expected. It was easy to sort out, no long waiting around or anything. i was just glad it didn’t turn into one of those back-and-forth things where... yeah. Happy with the service overall.

"Not a lot of styles I was into"
The swimsuits looked alright overall, but the style options felt limited to me. I was hoping to see more cute cuts and better color choices, but there just wasn’t much that really stood out. The site itself was easy enough to use, but after I paid, I got a little uneasy because I wasn’t sure if everything was legit or if my order was actually moving along. Not the worst experience, just not really for me

I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about shopping here at first. But the site was easy to get around and the pages loaded without any issues. It took me a minute to find the right sizes, which was a little annoying, but overall it was a smooth shopping experience

The swimsuit was okay overall. The fabric feels nice enough and I wanted to feel confident wearing it, but the stitching started coming loose quickly, which made me a little unsure about how well it’ll hold up. I was hoping it would feel a bit more reliable.

I really liked how this swimsuit looked when I took it out of the package, and the top fit me well. The bottoms, though, were tighter than I expected, so the sizing felt a little inconsistent. It’s not a bad swimsuit at all, but I’d definitely recommend checking the measurements closely before ordering. I wanted to love it completely, so I was a little disappointed, but I’m still hopeful it could work great for someone with the right fit

"Felt like way less coverage than advertised"
I ordered a bikini thinking it would look like the photos, but the coverage was barely there in person. The bottoms were tiny and kept riding up, and the top didn’t feel secure at all. I’m not even super modest, but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. When I reached out, the whole thing felt kind of impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of a customer. I wouldn’t buy again unless they start showing real fit photos.

"Colors looked just like the pics"
I ordered a bikini from iconswim and I was a little nervous the color wouldnt match the photos, since that happens a lot with some sites. When it showed up, it looked almost exactly like the pictures, maybe even a tiny bit brighter in real life.
The blue shade was pretty much what I was hoping for and it matched a cover up I already had. There wasnt any weird filtered look or surprise color difference, so Im really happy with it

The swimsuit looked really cute on, but I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept fussing with it and noticing the fabric more than I expected. It’s soft enough, but it felt a little thinner than I was hoping for and wasn’t super comfortable after wearing it for a while. It’s not bad, just not something I’m excited about. I think 3 stars is fair.

I got the tracking info quickly and it was updating normally most of the time. There was one day where nothing changed, so I definitely assumed it was stuck somewhere, but it ended up arriving just fine

"Packaging was disappointing this time"
I’ve ordered swimsuits before and they usually arrive in decent shape, so I was disappointed when this one showed up in ripped packaging. It looked messy and like it hadn’t been handled with much care.
